How it Works

1. WHAT IS MARKETFRESH?

MarketFresh delivers groceries from the stores you love to your doorstep in as little as one hour! We empower you to shop at your trusted stores using trained and experienced Personal Shoppers, and then ensure safe delivery to you.

2. HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You can create your account by going to our website at www.marketfresh.ph and signing up using your email address, Google or Facebook account..

3. FROM WHICH STORES CAN I SHOP?

The stores that serve you are based on your location, and/or the availability within the proximity of your delivery area. We are constantly adding new stores from your area, empowering you to shop from those stores.

4. DO YOU SERVE MY AREA?

Currently we only serve Metro Manila Area.. We are coming to more areas soon!

5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY HOURS?

We deliver from 6 AM to 8 PM. Kindly place your order 1.5 hours before the store’s closing hour to make sure they can be accommodated as scheduled.. Orders received after store closing will be delivered on the next available delivery time the next day.

6. WHO WILL SELECT MY ITEMS?

Your grocery will be selected by specially screened and trained Personal Shoppers.

7. WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Your orders will be delivered by specially trained and screened Delivery Drivers.

8. CAN THE MARKETFRESH DRIVERS ACCEPT TIPS?​

MarketFresh is a non-tipping company. Tipping is not allowed. If you are delighted with our service, we encourage you to relay this to our customer experience email.

9. IS THERE A MINIMUM/ MAXIMUM LIMIT IN PURCHASING?

There is no minimum or maximum limit in purchasing.

10. HOW FAST DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to you in the next hour, or at any other one-hour time-slot today.

11. HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT MY TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive a MarketFresh Order Invoice via the email you used to register.

12. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ITEMS I PURCHASED?

Currently, we only accept Cash On Delivery (COD) as payment method. ​ COD or cash on delivery is a payment method in which ordered goods are brought to the buyer's place but are handed over only upon full payment. A VAT registered Invoice will be issued upon the delivery of your groceries.

13. WHAT FEES DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY ON-LINE TRANSACTION?

There are 2 fees that will be added to your total purchased amount:

A. Delivery fee - We charge a flat fee of PhP 149.00 as delivery fee regardless of location and size/quantity of order.
B. Shoppers fee - Shoppers Fee is a convenience fee that we charge for the services provided by the Personal Shopper in selecting items purchased. The Shoppers Fee will vary depending on total amount purchased. It is automatically computed upon checkout.

14. IS THERE ANY DISCOUNT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES?

Discounts for Senior Citizens or Persons with disabilities are not applicable for any on-line transaction.

15. CAN I COLLECT ANY KIND OF CLUB POINTS FROM THE SUPERMARKETS?

Currently we do not support the collection of membership points or other savings from stores. Be sure to keep an eye on email and our social media accounts for updates on how we’re expanding to improve this functionality.

16. WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS “OUT OF STOCK”?

Products that are marked “out of stock” are products that are popular or in demand.

17. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will get three notifications via SMS: first, when your order is packed, second, when your order is on its way, and third: when your order has almost arrived.

18. CAN I REFUND IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN CHOOSING AN ITEM?

If you made a mistake after checkout, we cannot process a refund. Kindly make sure that you have selected the correct product before purchasing.

19. HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Currently you cannot change an order if it has already been picked.

20. HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

The return policy would vary and apply based on the policies set by the partnered store.

21. HOW DO I RETURN MY MARKETFRESH BAGS?

We encourage you to return your MarketFresh bags that are still in good condition to your next MarketFresh driver for reuse. Feel free to use the MarketFresh bags for your own errands, too.
